Boris Becker and his partner Lilian de Carvalho Monteiro attended an event in Madrid together. The couple turned heads on the red carpet.
Lilian de Carvalho Monteiro has been the woman at Boris Becker’s side since 2020. Over the course of their relationship, they not only experienced good times: When the former tennis professional was sentenced to two and a half years in prison for insolvency offenses in April 2022, his partner was at his side. Even since he was released seven months later, the couple has continued to appear as a unit, whether at public events or on social media – like now.
On Monday evening, the two appeared in coordinated gowns at the Laureus World Sports Awards in Madrid. Boris Becker wore a simple but elegant black suit, Lilian de Carvalho Monteiro charmed the photographers in a black, tight-fitting halterneck dress, which she combined with gold accessories. They looked extremely familiar on the red carpet.
The 56-year-old shared some impressions of the joint appearance with his fans on Instagram. He published two photos of the evening – in one they are both beaming, Boris Becker has his girlfriend in his arms and his hand on her hip, in the other they are posing frontally for the photographers. Boris Becker was married twice, he married his first wife Barbara Becker in 1993. They separated in 2000 and divorced a year later. He was married a second time to Lilly Becker, whom he married in 2009. The relationship failed in 2018, but the two did not finally divorce until 2023.
