BRAC Bank recently organized a talent hunt to build the BRAC Bank Football Team. Like last time, ‘Sheikh Hasina Interbank Football Tournament 2024’ is being organized this time too. In preparation for the tournament, the bank organized this talent hunt as part of its commitment to integrity and the welfare of colleagues.
‘Integrity’, one of BRAC Bank’s values, permeates every activity of the bank. This talent hunt is organized with the participation of full-time employees of banks across the country to ensure equal opportunities and transparency for all in the formation of football teams. About 100 employees of the bank, who are aspiring for a place in the team, participated in this four-day event and demonstrated their football skills. Such initiatives in player selection are a reflection of the bank’s inclusive culture.
20 talented players have been selected to represent BRAC Bank in the upcoming tournament. BRAC Bank has also appointed a professional coach with SAFF “B” diploma for the performance of the team and the physical and mental well-being of the players.
