Los Angeles, July 26, 2024 — Austin Butler is now the owner of Brad Pitt’s former Los Feliz mansion, closing the deal for over $5 million. The sale comes after the property was the site of a July burglary, but that didn’t deter the “Elvis” star from acquiring this piece of Hollywood history.

A Star-Studded Past for Butler’s New Home

The contemporary Los Feliz estate, known as “The Steel House,” has hosted a string of celebrities before Butler.

In July, the mansion was targeted by thieves who scaled a security fence, entered the yard, and forced entry by breaking a front window. Fortunately, Pitt was away on a promotional tour for the film F1 at the time of the incident. Despite the security breach, Butler proceeded with the purchase.

Pitt, meanwhile, is expanding his own real estate portfolio, recently acquiring another Los Angeles residence for $12 million.
