The London police did not respond to Republic’s requests. “We have just made a report about Andrew to the police,” announced the anti-monarchist group on the social network -york in the Epstein affair on Wednesday.

“The document is very clear that, while in London, a person was forced to have sexual relations with Andrew when she was a minor,” says Republic, returning to accusations that the prince of 63 years has always been challenged. The brother of King Charles III reached an amicable agreement in February 2022 with Virginia Giuffre, 40, who accused him of having sexually assaulted her in 2001 when she was 17 years old.

In October 2021, the police in the British capital announced that they would take no action after reviewing the accusations against Prince Andrew, raised in the context of the American civil procedure.

She had also decided not to take any action after accusations relayed by the British channel Channel 4, of trafficking and mistreatment of women and minor girls targeting the British Ghislaine Maxwell. The former girlfriend of Jeffrey Epstein has been serving a twenty-year prison sentence in the United States since 2022 for sex trafficking of minors on behalf of Epstein, who committed suicide in August 2019 in his cell in New York.

Removed from public life after the fiasco of his BBC interview in which he expressed no empathy for Epstein’s victims, Prince Andrew is now deprived of any official role and can no longer use his title of Highness royal.
