The real estate company Brack Capital Properties NV (Brack NV), which operates in the real estate field in Germany, announced last Thursday that it has successfully completed private bond raising through the expansion of Series B (ranked AA) from investors Classified, amounting to NIS 576 million.

The company raised about 528 million par. Series B bonds, at a uniform price of 109 ag for every NIS 1 par value, in a financial volume of approximately NIS 576 million, at an effective annual interest rate of approximately 1%.

The proceeds of the offering will be used to refinance the Company’s short-term liabilities and to finance the Company’s current operations.
