Atlético Bucaramanga is the new leader of the BetPlay I-2024 League. In a postponed match from date 9, the team led by Rafael Dudamel beat Águilas Doradas 1-0 at the Alfonso López Stadium and, due to goal difference, is at the top of the championship. Fabián Sambueza, from a penalty kick, scored the only goal of the match.

Towards the end, the judge invalidated a goal play by Bucaramanga due to an offside by Jhon Córdoba prior to his celebration. There was no time for more and the 1-0 score remained unchanged.
