A doctor from southern Burgenland has been charged with sexually abusing a defenseless person after three affected women had lodged a complaint. The deeds are said to have been committed in the wake-up phase after sedation, a spokeswoman for the Eisenstadt public prosecutor’s office told the APA.
The doctor is said to have taken advantage of the condition the women were in. There is no trial date yet.
