Burundi: TDC - The Prime Minister participates in the development of the Rubirizi market

The Prime Minister contributes to Community Development Works in Mutimbuzi, Bujumbura, promoting the improvement of the modern market of Rubirizi.

Bujumbura (Mutimbuzi Commune), 13/05/2023 – In accordance with the socio-economic policy of the Barundi, Mr. Ndirakobuca Gervais, Lieutenant General of Police and current Prime Minister of Burundi, was warmly welcomed by a large crowd. As a sign of solidarity with the local inhabitants, he joined the Community Development Works (TDC – http://bdiagnews.com/TDC). This initiative is specifically aimed at the development of the modern market of Rubirizi, including the concreting of the interior courtyard and the shops. Launched in 2006, the TDCs represent an essential pillar of the socio-economic policy of the Barundi people.
