The Ministry of Public Health, through the Management of the Project for Strengthening Comprehensive Care, Detection, Prevention, Rehabilitation and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities at the National Level, summons national and international providers to participate in the process of preparing the Study of Market for the process Support for early diagnosis, qualification and delivery of technical aids for people with disabilities in Ecuador.

This market study will be used to update the referential budget prior to the publication of the acquisition process.

Aspects to consider:

• The necessary transportation and insurance to the agreed place of destination will be included.
• Factory warranty according to the technical data sheets that can be reviewed at the following link:
• Validity of the offer not less than 120 days.
• The quote must include the unit cost of each good.
• The price quoted must include direct and indirect costs
• The bidder must quote the CIP price (agreed place of destination within the Buyer’s country Zonal Coordinations) including all customs duties and taxes
• The source of financing will be made with resources from the Inter-American Development Bank, therefore the bidders must belong to the IDB member countries.
• The cost of the good includes (transportation, insurance, customs clearance costs, etc.)
