Casablanca – The match⁤ originally scheduled for this evening in Agadir between⁣ the ⁤Moroccan and Liberian​ national teams, as part‌ of the‍ final day ⁢of‍ qualifiers for the⁢ African Cup of Nations (CAN-2023), ⁤has been ‍postponed to ⁣a later date. This postponement was announced by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) following the earthquake ⁣that struck the ⁣Al Haouz ‌region.

“Following the earthquake that struck various regions⁣ of the Kingdom, the FRMF‌ announces the postponement of the match originally‌ scheduled ​for this ⁣evening ⁤between the Moroccan and Liberian national teams. This decision was made in coordination with the Confederation of African Football.”

The Moroccan football association expressed their sincere⁣ condolences​ to the ‍families of the victims ​and wished a ⁤speedy recovery to those injured in the‍ earthquake.
