During his career in cinema, Guy Marchand played for numerous directors, such as Maurice Pialat (Links), François Truffaut (A beautiful girl like me), Christophe Honoré (In Paris) or Claude Miller with the film Jailfor which he won a César in 1982. On television, his role as Nestor Burmafrom 1991 to 2003, makes him a familiar figure.
