Kannur ∙ The records of the lack of permission for the construction work of Vaidekam Resort from the first stage are out. Clearance was not obtained from the ground water department before constructing the bore well. In the first phase of the construction of the resort, the land development certificate was not obtained from the municipal secretary. The RTI document states that the Antur Municipal Corporation gave permission for the construction of the building without these documents.
