After the activities in Cotia last Friday (24th), the main cast returned to the CT da Barra Funda this Saturday (25th) and carried out physical work.
The morning started with strength training for all the athletes in REFFIS Plus. Then, on the field, the outfield players did coordination training followed by running.
Meanwhile, the goalkeepers did their usual position-specific work on another pitch.
Next Monday (27), there will be a training game against Coritiba, at CT da Barra Funda, as part of the preparations for the continuation of the season.
