For the territories, because it invests 3.5 billion in production and R&D, +22% in 5 years. For employment, because it can count almost 70,000 highly qualified employees, increased by 9% – with a peak of +15% of young people and women – in the last 5 years”. But also, added Cattani, “for gender equality , because it already exists in our companies: women make up 44% of the total, 46% of managers and executives of the total and 53% in R&D. The award ceremony which took place today at the Guglielmo Marconi University of Rome – was opened by Marco Abate, Magnificent Rector, and by Alesso Acomanni, President of the Board of Directors of the University, Roberto Verna, President of the Academy for Health and Clinical Research, presented the motivations and awarded the awards together with the Academy Administrators, Marcella Marletta, General Director of the Health Sector and Daniela Maria Capuano, General Director of the Communication and Publishing, Studies and Research Sector (ANSA).
