CBI5 is all set to be released as a festive release. Netflix has reportedly acquired the OTD rights to the film. Meanwhile, a video shared by Mammootty is now going viral on social media.
The video of actress Shobhana arriving on the set of CBI 5 has been posted on social media by May Gastar. Mammootty shared the video with the caption ‘When Na Gavalli came to see Sethuramayya’. In the video, Mammootty and director K Madhu receive Shobhana on the set with a bouquet. Mammootty and Shobhana can be seen sitting and talking for a long time, eating together and taking selfies in the video. The selfie taken on set was previously shared by Shobhana. It received many comments. The video has already been viewed by over four lakh people. There have been many comments.
Surya TV has acquired the satellite rights to CBI5. The movie will be released on ODT after its theatrical release. CBI 5 The Brain will hit theaters on May 1. No hint has been received yet about the OTD release date of the film. CBI 5 The Brain is a much awaited movie.

Jagathy Sreekumar started shooting for the film on February 27 this year. The director had said that Jagathy’s Vikram will be a strong character like any other CBI film.
