Renovated for 10 million
The house was originally priced at 35 million when it was put on the market in April. The final purchase price is 6.7 million kroner lower.
Peters and Pihl bought the property for 20.75 million at the beginning of 2020. At that time, real estate agent Hans Houeland at Fjord & Partners told E24 that the couple had been looking for a home “near Frogner kindergarten that they could renovate.”
When the house was listed for sale, Houeland reported that the property had been renovated for around ten million kroner.
The townhouse is 218 square meters spread over three floors. It was built in the functionalist style in 1932.

In February this year, Pihl and Peters bought a villa in Gimle, just a stone’s throw away.
The new white villa from 1913 is 463 square meters, with two bathrooms and five bedrooms.
Clothing brand is doing well
Camilla Pihl is behind the clothing and cosmetics brands of the same name. Since its launch in 2019, revenue has grown rapidly, from 13.8 million kroner in 2019 to 90.7 million in 2023. In 2022, revenue was 61.9 million.
– We are putting behind us a good year in a difficult market. Everyone in our industry is feeling the impact of higher interest rates and generally increased costs at almost every level. Nevertheless, we have seen an increase in our own e-commerce and we have fantastic customers across Norway who have supported the brand throughout the year, wrote Peter Peters, who is also the chairman and co-owner of the company, in an email to E24 in July.
The clothing brand Camilla Pihl also won the award for “Fashion Brand of the Year” at the Costume Awards 2024 in September.
Pihl was one of the first to start blogging in the 2000s and is now one of the country’s most prominent influencers.
