A new analysis from the French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health Safety (ANSES) has found no demonstrable link between exposure to radiofrequency waves – primarily those emitted by mobile telephony – and the development of cancer. Despite the findings, the agency maintains its recommendations for cautious use of devices that emit thes waves, acknowledging their pervasive presence in modern life.
The report, published this Wednesday, represents ANSES’ latest examination of a long-standing public health concern. “The analysis carried out… does not demonstrate a link between exposure to radiofrequency waves… and the appearance of cancers,” a senior official stated.
