CES 2023: Razer unveils the Blade 16 and Blade 18 gaming laptops

Razer took advantage of CES in Las Vegas to present its two new laptops: Blade 16 and Blade 18. As usual, the brand wants to bet on superior portability, design and power as well.


Razer continues its exhilarating path in the world of laptops with two new products: the Blade 16 and Blade 18. Presented at CES in Las Vegas, these products are in line with the previous ones: expensive, high-performance PCs that build on their design. .

The Blade 16 is, as its name suggests, a 16-inch computer. Here the company keeps the very sober and ultra-thin black structure, with a simple logo on the back cover and speakers placed on the side of the keyboard.

The Razer Blade 16 and Razer Blade 18 focus on performance

Razer Blade 16 features a small 16-inch LED display with HDR technology. The brand promises a brightness of up to 1000 lumens, which is ideal for gaming in all situations. The user will have a choice between a UDH + panel with a refresh rate of 120 Hz or 240 Hz but in FullHD +.

As for the Razer Blade 18, it wants to highlight its huge 18-inch screen. It also has a small catch, it adopts QHD+ definition with 240Hz refresh rate. Razer’s supposed goal is to offer a laptop that can also replace a tower.

Both products are equipped with 13th Generation Intel Core i9 HX processor, Nvidia GeForce RTX 40XX graphics card (model not specified) and 5600MHz DDR RAM at purchaser’s discretion.

The Razer Blade 16 will be available in the first quarter of 2023, starting at $2,699. The Blade 18 will retail on the same date starting at $2,899.
