In the field, under the supervision of local authorities, the technical commissions composed in particular of architects and construction experts continue their work of support but also of monitoring and controlling the conformity of the construction materials to be used, as well as respect for the architectural plans already established.
Likewise, facilities have been granted by local authorities to a number of private operators specializing in the sale of construction products (iron, gravel, cement, bricks, etc.), through the development of dedicated depots, at the zone level. affected, as part of a local approach aimed at reducing costs and ensuring sufficient supply of these materials for the benefit of citizens in these areas.
At the level of Douar “Tidraguine” as in Douar “Adassil”, thanks to the constant and sustained support of the local authorities and the various parties concerned, the mobilization is significant among many residents who, after having obtained the first tranche of direct financial aid for reconstruction, the delimitation of building plots, and the marking of architectural plans on the ground, have already begun the phase of digging the foundations, as a prelude to the major construction project, it was announced observed on site.
