Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi accused the United States of constantly raising regional tensions, tightening unilateral sanctions and imposing a technological blockade on China.
Wang Yi said in a press interview: “Recently, the United States continues to win over its so-called allies and constantly raises and inflames regional tensions at sea. It has also accelerated the establishment of China’s deterrence system and continues to tighten unilateral sanctions and technological blockade on China.”
He stressed that “his country brings cooperation, development, stability and profitable results to the world,” stressing that “China’s development and renaissance have tremendous internal driving force, and no force can hinder them.”
He added: “We see that the wrong position towards China still exists in the United States, and it continues to move the wrong policy of deterring China.”
He also stressed that “the United States will not always be able to see the world from the point of view of the Cold War and the zero-sum mentality, nor will it always be able to say one thing and do another.”
