islamabad: The armies of China and Bangladesh will conduct joint military exercises next month, in early May. For this, a contingent of Chinese Army will reach Bangladesh. This joint exercise has been named ‘Golden Friendship-2024’. During this joint training, both the countries will adopt a training model based on counter-terrorism operations of UN peacekeeping operations. Pakistan’s political commentator and YouTuber Qamar Cheema has expressed his views on Bangladesh’s growing relations with China. He said that we kept talking about our relations with China and the Chinese army is reaching there in Bangladesh.
Qamar Cheema said in the video released on his YouTube channel that Pakistan talks the most about friendship with any country, that is China. Whereas Pakistan has always been running away from Bangladesh. Pakistan has been feeling that Bangladesh has no importance and we are very powerful. Bangladesh has denied these things and today it is becoming very important for the neighboring countries. Bangladesh is doing joint military exercise with China for the first time. China has made huge investments in Bangladesh and the relations between the two countries seem to be going to a different level.
Reason to worry for India too
Qamar Cheema said that the condition of Pakistan has come in front of everyone. We just make noise about everything but countries like Bangladesh are silently getting investment and also attracting the attention of other countries of the world. Countries like China and India are moving towards them because they have increased their importance on their own. Qamar said, ‘The way China’s interference has increased in Bangladesh, India’s concern will also increase somewhere. India is worried about the increasing influence of China. China has influence in Pakistan and Maldives and now if it increases in Bangladesh also, India will not be happy with it. He would not want the Chinese to come and sit at a particular neighbor’s house.

Qamar Cheema said that Pakistan should learn not only from India but also from Bangladesh. There is an uproar on every issue here, from talking to it to not talking to it. At the same time, Bangladesh is also maintaining relations with China and is also special to India. Bangladesh has very wisely built relations with neighboring countries. Pakistan should also do this to get gas from Iran and also maintain relations with America.
