Japanese Defense Minister Nobuo Kishi has said that warplanes from China and Russia flew very close to Japan during the Quad Summit.
Nobuo Kishi said the planes did not enter Japanese airspace, adding that Russian and Chinese planes had flown near their country for the fourth time since last November. He noted that the bombers, owned by Russia and China, had flown from the Sea of Japan into the East China Sea.
