Through social media, Masai Travel remembered Claudio Iturra, stating that “there are many of us who had the privilege of listening to your stories about India, of how you lived your life guided by Buddhism and, above all, by Varanasi, that mystical city on the banks of the Ganges River.”
“You always said that if there was a place on Earth where you could feel the pulse of life and death, it was there, at the sacred Ghats, where the flames never go out and the Ganges River offers a constant opportunity to start anew,” he said.
Along these lines, the company headed by Iturra stressed that “we honor you knowing that you are at peace, that your journey continues in ways that we do not yet understand, but that we deeply feel.
