DIG/ Newly appointed at the head of the National Health Insurance and Social Guarantee Fund (CNAMGS), the Board of Directors of this entity spoke, on April 2, 2024, with the president of the Federation of Gabon Enterprises (FEG) .

On the menu of the exchanges between Henri-Claude Oyima and Christine Audrey Chambrier Voua, the general director of CNAMGS, the assessment of the different activities that the new management board will tackle during the year 2024.

“The FEG being a partner of the CNAMGS, in particular through the Board of Directors, it was important that we were able to have a meeting, in order to address a certain number of issues that we are called to assess together”explained Christine Audrey Chambrier Voua.

In terms of different themes, the two parties discussed the relationship with all the companies of which the CNAMGS is a part on a daily basis with the FEG.

According to the general director of the CNAMGS, it was a matter of seeing with the FEG, the procedures and difficulties faced by employers in being able to pay their contributions on time, particularly for those who have other difficulties.

The meeting was also an opportunity for the CNAMGS management board to make known the procedures of their entity, particularly in terms of exchange with its services for companies in need of a moratorium, support and, having the support from the FEG to increase companies’ awareness of their rights and duties vis-à-vis the CNAMGS.

“We came away from this meeting very satisfying.

The president of the FEG showed great openness. He is particularly affected by all questions of social welfare and through the experience he has within it, he is fully prepared to support the CNAMGS in the mission which is now its mission for the year 2024 in particular. »added Christine Audrey Chambrier Voua.

This meeting takes place in a marked national context by taking a stake from the private sector via the FEG in the management of CNAMGS.

This relationship aims to better structure the governance of this entity, given the poor management from which it has suffered in the past.
