The coach of Dijon, Patrice Garande, will leave his post at the end of the season announced Friday, the person concerned and the president of the Dijon club, Olivier Delcourt. Garande (61) had replaced David Linarès at the end of the 5th day of the championship while the DFCO, relegated from L1 in May 2021, occupied 19th place with one point. The Burgundian club is currently 13th with nine points ahead of Quevilly-Rouen, 18th and barrage. “The mission entrusted to me by President Delcourt was to keep the team in Ligue 2. This mission has been successful. Three days from the end, I decided not to continue next season, by mutual agreement with my president. We talked about next season but we don’t have the same vision for the future. It is better to put an end to our collaboration“said Garande.
