Combine quinoa and chia for a delicious breakfast (or snack)

Do you want new healthy recipes for breakfast and/or snacks? You can always write down this one with chia and quinoa pudding. It’s a suggestion from EatingWell.

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked and cooled quinoa
¾ cup plain kefir
1 tablespoon chia seeds, plus more for serving
2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch of cinnamon powder
1 cup of berries to serve

Preparation method:
1- Mix the quinoa, kefir, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl or jar. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
2- To serve, top with red fruits and more chia, if desired.
