Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Manipur, Punjab and Goa are the five states where the results have been released. In one of these five states, the Congress party is unable to form a government. Rahul Gandhi, a former Congress leader and a member of the Wayanad parliamentary constituency, took to Twitter to express his displeasure.
