The Illustrious Official College of Administrative Managers of Madrid (ICOGAM) shows its enormous concern about the negative effects that the current political situation can cause to businesses in the Autonomous Community of Madrid.
ICOGAM remembers that it is not only about preserving the interests of entrepreneurs and the self-employed, but also about protecting the jobs that depend on the good progress of small and medium-sized businesses. The current political instability does not foster the climate of trust necessary to attract new investments, national and international, to the region.
For this reason, the Administrative Managers of Madrid ask that the principles of equality and fiscal solidarity among all Spaniards be maintained. The separation of powers – Legislative, Executive and Judicial – is essential to ensure the legitimacy of political decisions adopted in a rule of law. Furthermore, it is the instrument for social coexistence that guarantees legal and economic security for businesses and investors.
