AAP-Congress united against Kejriwal’s arrest

During this, Delhi Government Minister Gopal Rai, Delhi Pradesh Congress President Arvinder Singh Lovely and Left leaders expressed their protest over the arrest of Arvind Kejriwal. Gopal Rai said that the rally of March 31 will be organized at Ramlila Maidan. For this, permission will be taken from the police and administration. This rally has been called for Sunday 31st March at 10 am. Gopal Rai said that till date CBI or ED has not been able to find any money trail in the alleged liquor scam in which Arvind Kejriwal has been arrested. The accounts of the Congress Party were seized just before the elections. Today the Congress Party is not able to use the money from its own accounts for election campaign. He said that if the accounts of such an old party can be seized then the accounts of the businessmen who donate to them can also be seized. People’s freedom is being violated.

Congress raised questions on Kejriwal’s arrest
On this occasion, Congress State President Arvinder Singh Lovely said that we stand strongly with all our alliance partners in the fight to save democracy in the country. He said that everyone is not getting equal opportunities in elections. Chief Ministers who are elected to win the elections, whether it is Hemant Soren or Arvind Kejriwal, are being arrested. Questioning the ruling party, he asked what kind of democracy you want to establish in the country.

Apart from Congress workers, he requested all social organizations, RWAs and civil society people to reach this rally. The Left has also protested against the arrest of Arvind Kejriwal and announced its full support to the Aam Aadmi Party. Along with this, ‘India’ alliance announced that a mega rally will be held in Delhi on March 31 to ‘save democracy’.
