BCCI President Saurav Ganguly has been diagnosed with a corona infection after being injected with a 2-dose vaccine. He was later admitted to a private hospital in Kolkata.
The corona played the 2nd wave harder than the first wave. In this, millions of people including political figures and cinema celebrities were killed. Consequently, due to various measures taken by the Central and State Governments, the damage was greatly reduced and brought under control.
In this case, the mutated Omigron type virus is emerging as a new threat. So far it has spread to more than 100 countries. In particular, Omigron is spread over 653 people in 21 states in India. Of these, a maximum of more than 100 have been affected in Maharashtra. Night curfews have been imposed in various states due to the spread of Omigron.
Meanwhile, BCCI President Saurav Ganguly contracted a fever last evening. Later, he was diagnosed with the disease. Following this, he was admitted to a private hospital in Kolkata and is receiving treatment. Doctors said that his condition was stable at present. It is noteworthy that Saurav Ganguly has already administered 2 doses of the corona vaccine.
Ganguly was admitted to the hospital in January 2021 after suffering a heart attack. After undergoing angioplasty and recovering within a few days, Ganguly’s corona infection came as a shock to the fans.
