Log-In Logistic Intermodal announced that its Vila Velha Port Terminal (TVV), in Brazil, together with Cosco Shipping Linesestablished an import service for electric cars in flat rack containers, after the success of an unprecedented pilot project in Brazil.

The pilot project allowed the disembarkation of 8,000 vehicles between December 2022 and June of this year. Finally, on August 29, with the arrival of the ship “Green Kemi”, the service was officially launched.

The event was attended by authorities such as the vice-governor of the state of Espírito Santo, Ricardo Ferraço; the mayor of the city, Arnaldinho Borgo; as well as representatives of Cosco Shipping, the manager of TVV, Gustavo Paixão, and the Financial and Investor Relations Director, Pascoal Gomes.

“The new route will also ensure new investments in TVV to diversify cargo and modernize technology and safety in order to improve its performance. Operations like this, large and complex, are increasingly common at TVV, due to its experience and guarantees of quality and safety,” they noted from Log-In Logistic Intermodal.
