Riyadh: New Kovid cases are on the rise in Saudi Arabia. Today the number of recoveries has decreased and the number of new cases has increased. Newly, 43 people have been diagnosed with the disease. Of the current patients, only 26 have recovered. A Kovid death was reported nationwide in 24 hours.
A total of 31,741,301 PCR tests were conducted in the country. The total number of reported cases was 549,955. Of these, 539,082 recovered. A total of 8,845 people were killed. The country’s covid liberation rate remains at 98 percent and the death rate at 1.6 percent. Of the 2,028 patients, 37 are in critical condition. They are in the intensive care unit of various hospitals across the country. The condition of the rest is satisfactory.
So far 47,747,611 doses of the vaccine have been vaccinated across the country. Of these, 24,696,433 were the first dose. 22,645,097 per second dose. 1,723,086 doses were given to the elderly. The booster dose was given to 406,081 people. Number of newly reported cases in different parts of the country: Riyadh – 14, Jeddah – 14, Mecca – 3, Dhahran – 2, and 10 other locations each.
