The COVID-19 Vaccination Damage Compensation Committee and the Reexamination Committee will be comprised of individuals with relevant expertise. Committee members will serve two-year terms with the possibility of a single reappointment.
Eligibility and Prior Claims
The law applies to individuals who received a COVID-19 vaccination administered in Korea between February 26, 2021, and June 30, 2024.
