LOMBARDY – There are 5,298 new Coronavirus infections today, June 18, 2022 in Lombardy, according to Covid-19 data in the latest bulletin of the Region. Since yesterday, 7 deaths have been recorded for a total of 40,711 deaths since the beginning of the pandemic. In the last 24 hours, 13,689 swabs were processed, of which 7,479 were molecular and 6,210 rapid antigen tests, with a positive rate of 23%.
The patients currently admitted to the intensive care units in Emilia-Romagna are 27 (-1 compared to yesterday). As for the patients hospitalized in the other Covid departments, there are 672 (-8 compared to yesterday).
