“Not Enough” didn’t make the final cut for Not To Disappear, but remained a beloved piece for the English folk trio. According to Daughter, the song even saw some live performances before being archived as a demo. The band stated, “To mark the album’s 10th anniversary, we wanted to revisit some of the unfinished threads from that era. In November 2023 we finally all found ourselves in London again and recorded ‘Not Enough’ in the studio together. We live in different places now, and some of our recent work has happened remotely, so this felt like old times.”

The track is characterized by its delicate arrangement and the poignant vocals of Elena Tonra. It’s a beautifully understated addition to the band’s discography.
