The daughter of Jorge Enrique Sutil Sarabia, Governor of Camagüey, would have recently arrived in the United States, a source confirmed to Cubans around the World.
The young woman was studying at the “Carlos J. Finlay” University of Medical Sciences, in the province of Camagüey and remains in freedom lands. “months ago”.
“The girl called her father as soon as he arrived.”says our source, referring to Roxana Sutil Casares, who left Cuba with her boyfriend, thanks to humanitarian parole.
So far Roxana has not published any photos on social networks and her Facebook and Instagram accounts remain apparently outdated.

An image from April 22, which was released during the Assembly of the pro-Castro National Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba (UNEAC), shows Sutil Sarabia somewhat worried.
“This is how he is seen lately, since it is rumored that he could replace the first secretary of the PCC, Federico Hernández, but with this story he fears that he will not be given the position”said the person who asked not to be identified.

A medical student assured us that Roxana Sutil Casares had “escaped” secretly from her father, a person very committed to the political apparatus of the regime.
Jorge Enrique Sutil, 47 years old, is a native of the rural community “Valle Grande”, in Vertientes, according to a note from the station of that Camagüey municipality.

He was elected Deputy to the National Assembly of People’s Power for the Jimaguayú municipality, on March 26, 2023 for the X Legislature.
On May 28, 2023, he was appointed Governor of Camagüey, a position previously held by Yoseily Góngora López.
That his daughter has fled Cuba thanks to humanitarian parole is something that outrages the exile, but is not surprising, since history repeats itself with other henchmen and repressors of that regime (and their relatives).
It is known, for example, that two nieces of Prime Minister Manuel Marrero would also be in the United States. One of them crossed the border of Mexico in 2022.
The two girls were identified as Giselle Selcis and Lorena Selcis, the latter arriving on northern soil benefiting from humanitarian parole.
