At least four people died when a hot water pipe burst at a store in Moscow. Several dozen were injured. The dead are said to be all employees of a food market.
At least four people died when a hot water pipe burst in a Moscow shopping mall, authorities said. “There are injured people with burns,” said Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin on his Telegram channel on Saturday.
The incident happened in the “Wremena Goda” (“Seasons”) shopping center near Victory Park. The media reports on the number of injured people varied between 50 and 70. Many of them had to be hospitalized.

According to the state news agency Tass, the dead are all employees of a grocery store in the mall. The pipe broke there, they said. Nothing is known about the cause of the burst pipe.
