Journalist Jean-François Fogel, who wrote books on the digital turn of the press and contributed to the development of the LeMonde.fr site from 2000, died on Sunday March 19 at the age of 76, his wife said. Mr. Fogel, who succumbed to a cerebral hemorrhage, made his debut at Agence France-Presse and worked for numerous publications, including Release et Point.
