In Sri Lanka, which is affected by the economic crisis, the country’s defense minister has announced that the number of soldiers will be reduced by a third to reduce costs.
Premita Bandara Tennakon has issued a statement that it will be reduced to 1 lakh 35 thousand by next year and to 1 lakh by 2030.
He also said that it has been decided to reduce the number of players and make them strong in technology and planning.
