Decision to release own film on ODT: Theater owner protests against popular actor Tulkar Salman

Thiruvananthapuram: Tulkar Salman is one of the leading young actors in Malayalam cinema. Notably, he is the son of actor Mammootty. After Corona, Tulkar Salman starrer ‘Kurup’ was released in theaters in many languages ​​including Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu. In this situation, Tulkar Salman has announced that he will release the self-produced film ‘Salute’ on ODD.

The Kerala Theater Owners’ Association has strongly objected to this. Union President Vijayakumar said; Tulkar Salman had assured us that he would give this film to the theaters. Currently decided to release on ODD. This cannot be accepted. So it is no longer possible to collaborate on upcoming Tulkar Salman films.
