The recommendation comes expressly from the Joint Opinion Report of the General Budget Proposal (OGE) for the 2024 economic year, approved today, in the specialty.

In the health sector, they recommended the relocation of KZ 596,431,945.00 (five hundred and ninety-six million, four hundred and thirty-one thousand, nine hundred and forty-five kwanzas) of the costs for the operation of the Viana Molecular Laboratory, to the Program to Strengthen the National Epidemiological Surveillance System, taking into account the vital importance of this program in controlling major endemic diseases.
In the education chapter, the legislators recommended that the public competition for entry and promotion of categories, provided for in OGE-2024, be carried out, taking into account the high number of teachers with unsuitable categories.
In relation to the Social Communication Regulatory Entity (ERCA), they recommended that it be given its own remuneration status, and its respective organizational chart.
With revenues estimated at 24 billion kwanzas and expenses set at the same amount, the OGE proposal for 2024 foresees, among others, a salary increase in the Public Service of around 5 percent.
Economic projections for the next financial year were calculated based on an average price per barrel of oil of 65 dollars and an average daily oil production of 1 million and 60 thousand barrels. DC/VIC
