In the Novosibirsk Region, a criminal case has been initiated against the Deputy Minister of Housing and Communal Services and Energy of the region, Vladimir Normaykin, on accepting a bribe on an especially large scale (part 6 of article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Also, the person involved in the case for giving a bribe to an official was the founder of the legal entity.
From September to December 2020, according to the investigation, the official, in agreement with the entrepreneur, helped to ensure that the organization met the conditions of the competition for the construction of water wells and a water treatment station in the city of Karasuk, reports the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Novosibirsk region.
Later, a contract was signed with this company on January 11, 2021.
Today, in the car of the founder of the company, the official received a bribe from the latter in the amount of 2 million 5 thousand rubles. Currently, the defendants in the case have been detained.
