by time news

Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel, a hotel directly connected to Tokyo DisneySea, was opened to the press on April 23rd. The hotel is scheduled to open on June 6th.

Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel is a hotel directly connected to Tokyo DisneySea’s new themed port, Fantasy Springs. If you stay overnight, you will receive benefits such as a guaranteed purchase of the “1-Day Passport: Fantasy Springs Magic” and the ability to enter Fantasy Springs at any time during park operating hours.

This time, in advance of its opening on June 6th, we were able to see the exterior of the hotel as seen from Fantasy Springs and the interior of each facility.

Introducing the highlights of the hotel all at once!

Let’s start with the exterior of the hotel. In front of the hotel facing Fantasy Springs, you can see a fountain featuring many Disney characters, including Mickey from “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice” and Ariel from “The Little Mermaid.”

This is not the only place where you can see fountains. At the main entrance, there are Mickey and Minnie from “Mickey’s Slaying the Giant” and the giant’s “Magic Fountain.” It’s on the right hand side as you exit the main entrance from the hotel, so make sure you don’t miss it.

From here, we will introduce the inside of the hotel. As seen from the main entrance, the hotel is divided into two buildings, centered around the grand lobby, with the “Grand Chateau” on the right hand side and the “Fantasy Chateau” on the left.

“Fantasy Chateau” is a building with a total of 419 guest rooms. At the “Fantasy Chateau Lounge,” where you can check in, you can admire the view of “Fantasy Springs” from the terrace, or take a look around the courtyard called “Rose Court,” where the fountain from “Beauty and the Beast” is located.

Lounge located in the grand lobby. Located between Fantasy Chateau and Grand Chateau. You can enjoy desserts while looking out at the scenery of Fantasy Springs from the large front window.

The guest rooms at Fantasy Chateau are accessed from the lounge through the open-air “Conservatory”.

The guest room I was able to see this time was the “Superior Alcove Room,” which has a capacity of 4 adults. Fantasy Chateau’s overall motif is flowers and Disney characters, and the interior design of the hallways and rooms are designed to match. Prices start from 66,000 yen per night.

Fantasy Chateau has a restaurant called “Fantasy Springs Restaurant.” This restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner all buffet-style, and is decorated with paintings of blue birds and various forest animals, with motifs such as “Rapunzel on the Tower.”

For dinner, dishes are inspired by various parts of Europe, including France, Italy, and Greece. You can enjoy a wide variety of menus, including roast beef prepared by the chef and pork dishes stewed with Maihama’s local beer Harvest Moon.

The Grand Chateau is a building with a total of 56 rooms. It is positioned as a “luxury type” hotel that offers the highest quality accommodation experience among Disney hotels.

Guest rooms can be accessed through the Grand Chateau Lounge, which is reserved exclusively for guests. The room I was able to photograph this time is the Terrace & Alcove Room, which has a capacity of 4 adults. The room is separated into a living room and a bedroom, and there are two toilets. The decorations, which are inspired by roses and other plants, are also distinctive.

There was also a terrace from which you could see the view of Fantasy Springs. Prices start from 341,000 yen per night. All rooms at the Grand Chateau have balconies or terraces facing Fantasy Springs. When making a reservation, you can choose the type of room, but you cannot choose which room you will get.

Also, adjacent to the Grand Chateau Lounge is the French dining restaurant “La Liberure”. Breakfast is buffet style, and dinner is the first time you can enjoy authentic French cuisine at a Disney hotel at Tokyo Disney Resort.

This is all I was able to cover this time. Since the hotel is located adjacent to the Fantasy Springs area, you could feel that the Disney-like fantasy space was spreading down to the smallest detail.

In particular, the fountain facing the park and the fountain inside the hotel are unique to Fantasy Springs Hotel. This is a place you should definitely visit along with the park’s “Fantasy Springs.”
