Dmitry Bosov’s heirs sold the entire “Sibanthracite”

The Siban Holding company of Yota co-founder Albert Avdolyan and businessman Maksim Barsky closed the deal to buy 100% of the Sibanthracite coal mining company from the Alltek company, owned by the heirs of businessman Dmitry Bosov. This was reported on October 26 by “Sibanthracite” and “A-Property” Avdolyan. The amount of the deal has not been officially disclosed. Avdolyan owns 70% of Siban Holding, Barsky – 30%.

In February 2021, the Alltek Group signed an agreement with A-Property on the main terms of the Sibanthracite sale. According to the terms, Sibanthracite retains its independence as an independent company. The agreement stipulated that the top managers of Sibanthracite would receive long-term contracts, including their participation in the share capital of the company.
