BJP Youth National Leader and Bengaluru South MP Tejashwi Surya, on December 10 last year when leaving for Trichy along with Tamil Nadu BJP President Annamalai, at the Chennai airport, opened the emergency exit door before the departure of the Indigo flight. Said to be open.

After the issue became controversial, Tejaswi Surya said that the door was opened by mistake in the case of the emergency door being opened on the plane. Also, Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia explained that he has apologized for this.
In this situation, Tamil Nadu BJP President Annamalai said, “Tejaswi Surya did not open the door of the plane. When he saw the gap in the emergency door, he called the flight crew. I saw this too. “Though he did nothing wrong, he apologized for the inconvenience caused to passengers as he is an MP,” he said.
In this situation, DMK MP Dayanidhi Maran, who traveled in Indigo flight today, released a video. In it, “Today I am traveling to Coimbatore by plane. I got a seat near the emergency door. I’m not going to open the emergency door though. Because if I open like that I have to give a letter of apology. And it’s dangerous for passengers too. Besides, self-aware people don’t do this thing. Apart from that 2 hours travel time will be saved for me and passengers. I hope everyone will follow this,” said Dayanidhi Maran.
