No electricity in Barcelona. Despite the various attempts by the City Council to find an antidote to the darkness in the city, nothing has succeeded in putting an end to this complaint which remains transversal. Residents of Sant Antoni, Turó de la Peira, Vila Olímpica, Besòs and Raval, to name just five examples, have campaigned in recent months for better lighting in their neighbourhoods. Complaints are also piling up among merchants in the city center, both on the main avenues and in the surrounding streets, due to the lack of lighting in the capital. And you, what do you think?
