KSU has achieved a historic victory at Sasthamcotta DB College, Kollam. KSU DB College won all but one seat. But the Congress alleges that the SFI and CPM activists then carried out a vicious attack. With this, KPCC president K Sudhakaran also reacted in harsh language. He also questioned whether the CPM was not ashamed to attack KSU students’ houses and their parents for losing the college elections.

‘Isn’t the CPM ashamed to go to the houses of KSU workers and attack their parents after losing the Devaswom Board College election in Sasthamcotta? Is the Kerala Police wearing khaki to co-operate with the aggressors? In attack, the parents and relatives of their kids is arrested in the beaten homes. The CPM is carrying out goons in the shadow of the police.
This is an unjust and biased approach. The new media has seen footage of some policemen threatening women and children in a manner reminiscent of street goons entering the homes of Congress activists in the middle of the night.
The CPM has asked top police officials, including the DGP and DIG, to stop the goons and the police. The children involved in the forgery case will be released as soon as possible. I am telling the CPM and the Kerala Police,
