A cascade of in-game events is set to unfold in Dragon Flight beginning December 31, 2025, offering players a wealth of opportunities to acquire valuable resources, exclusive items, and enhanced rewards. From the collection of “Malcoin” to thrilling stage rushes, the coming weeks promise a dynamic experience for both new and veteran players.
Malcoin Mania: A New currency Takes Flight
The centerpiece of the event schedule is the introduction of “Malcoin,” a new in-game currency obtainable through various activities. According to a company release, players can earn Malcoin by completing daily and weekly quests, participating in special event stages, and through exploration. Notably,Malcoin cannot be obtained during “Super Hyper Flight.”
The Weird Shop and Exclusive Items
Malcoin can be spent at the “Weird Shop,” which will feature event-exclusive products.Purchases are limited, and a special “2025 Thank You Box” will be available, containing items such as Blessing Magic Stone Generators, Baby Dragon Skill Grant Scrolls, and a Necklace of the West Spirit.
A senior official stated that some purchases may require additional coin payments, with further details available in the update declaration from December 31, 2025. Players can also obtain Malcoin through expeditions in dedicated exploration areas.
Exploration and bonus Hot Time Events
Complementing the core Malcoin system is a dedicated exploration event running from December 31, 2025, to January 13, 2026.This event opens a B-grade exploration area, taking six hours to complete, with the chance to earn Malcoin, baby food, and suspicious minerals. Coin’s Night Sky Exploration is limited to three uses per day.
Throughout January 2026, players can also benefit from “Malcoin Bonus Hot Time” events on January 3-4 and January 10-11. During these periods, the amount of Malcoin obtained from collecting letters and defeating bosses will increase by up to ten times, particularly in the Demon Castle and Queen castle stages. A bonus hot time icon will appear to signal the start of these events.
Players who spend diamonds during the event period will be eligible for rewards. The first diamond usage event, running from December 31, 2025, to January 6, 2026, offers Legendary Equipment Exchange Tickets and Whelpling Legendary Rune Scrolls for spending 50 and 200 diamonds respectively. Higher diamond consumption unlocks Special Awakening Stones and Wing Equipment Exchange Tickets.
A second diamond usage event, from January 7 to January 13, 2026, offers similar rewards, with a focus on whelpling Legendary Rune Scrolls, Character magic value re-grant powder, and Select Youngling Skill Grant Scrolls. It is crucial to note that unclaimed rewards will be deleted and cannot be reissued.
Dice with Destiny: Witch Eru’s Event Adds a Chance Element
From December 31,2025,to January 13,2026,players can participate in the “Roll~ roll~ dice with witch Eru!” event. By completing daily tasks – including game access, flight progress, exploration, mineral appraisal, and kitten level-up synthesis – players can earn dice to roll on a board offering rewards like legendary equipment vouchers, dragon eggs, and Magic Stone generators. Completing the entire board yields a special completion reward. Unused dice will be forfeited at the event’s conclusion on January 13th.
Stage Rush Events: Moonlight Dragons and fruitful Rewards
The final weeks of the event will feature stage rush events. From December 31, 2025, to January 6, 2026, Moonlight Dragons will appear daily, offering an increased reward of three baby runes upon clearing a stage, compared to the usual two.
Following this, from January 7 to January 13, 2026, a Fruit Stage Rush event will offer players the choice between normal and legendary material-type whelps upon clearing a fruit stage. Players are advised to ensure their whelping locker has sufficient space before participating.
The events conclude with a message of goodwill: “we hope you have a pleasant flight in the blessings of St. Forte. Thank you.”
