DRDO has successfully tested and developed a new weapon system against modern armored tanks.

Man-Portable Anti-Tank Guided Missile (Man-Portable Anti-Tank Guided Missile) is abbreviated as MBATGM. It is a weapon system developed entirely by the Defense Research and Development Organization.
India’s anti-tank guided missile is a warning to countries with modern armor-protected Main Battle Tanks (MBTs). Because this missile can defeat MBT tanks.

The Agni Prime Ballistic Missile was also successfully test-fired earlier this month. Agni Prime is India’s new generation missile capable of carrying nuclear warheads. It was launched from Abdul Kalam Island off the coast of Odisha and successfully tested.
During this test, the Agni Prime ballistic missile met all the trial objectives ensuring reliable performance. This information is confirmed through data captured by multiple range sensors deployed at different locations.
Agni Prime is a nuclear capable and upgraded new generation missile. It is a Two-stage Canisterised Missile with a range of 1,000-2,000 km. Canisterized means a missile that is cylindrical in shape and has a container that holds another object inside. Due to this design it can be transported by road and rail.
Above all, the Agni Prime missile is much lighter than all previously developed Agni-type missiles. To be more specific, it weighs at least 50% less than the Agni 3 missile and has new guidance and propulsion systems.
