NEW YORK, July 18, 2025 – The ITTF Foundation has opened applications for the fifth edition of its Dream Building Fund (DBF), seeking “Generation 2026” changemakers to drive social impact through table tennis. The fund, launched on Nelson Mandela International Day, invites organizations to leverage the sport for positive change and community development.

What is the Dream Building Fund (DBF)? The Dream Building Fund is a community-driven initiative empowering local organizations to create meaningful change through table tennis. It has supported 22 projects globally across four previous cycles, addressing key social challenges and contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).
Support for Changemakers
The DBF goes beyond just grants. It offers a pathway for organizations to become part of a global movement. Selected participants receive funding, expert guidance, mentorship for long-term sustainability, and enhanced visibility on global platforms.
Selected organizations also gain access to a global network, including potential international partners, equipment, training opportunities, and storytelling tools.
Who Can Apply?
The fund welcomes applications from officially registered non-profits, table tennis clubs, and social enterprises. These entities must be actively using table tennis to address local or regional challenges and drive development.
